This service is conducted personally by Dr. Mario Garcia on a one on one basis. The service is only available to his patients. The location will be at LA FITNESS with paid guest pass. (Fee $250 / Day 1-3 hours)

Your personal training session will take place at LA FITNESS and will last from 1-3 hours (you pick how long of a session you want). Personal training sessions are ONLY available to Dr. Garcia’s patients and cost $250 per day.

These personal training sessions are intended to be short-term or one-time sessions that will simply introduce you to a personalized exercise plan and teach you how to safely perform certain exercises and stretches. Some exercises you may learn include:
